Anthony R. Ianniello is a founding partner with more than five decades of experience in private practice, concentrating primarily on real estate law. He represents commercial developers, lending institutions, and property owners throughout upstate New York, the Hudson Valley, and the Mohawk Valley. His work includes complex real estate transactions, land use and zoning matters, and large-scale development projects, making him a trusted resource for clients navigating intricate legal and regulatory challenges.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Ianniello has served as settlement agent and closing counsel for more than 30 lending institutions, guiding countless commercial and residential projects from concept to completion. He regularly appears before planning, zoning, and municipal boards across the Capital Region, advising on issues ranging from subdivision approvals to commercial site development. His experience includes major residential communities, retail and shopping centers, telecommunications facilities, warehouse and industrial complexes, office parks, and environmentally sensitive matters such as landfill development. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Saratoga Auto Museum and sits on the Board of Directors for the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.
