Marc R. Pallozzi, Esq.

Marc R. Pallozzi concentrates his practice in DWI and Criminal Defense, Vehicle and Traffic Law, Landlord/Tenant disputes, and Civil Litigation. Marc is admitted to practice in all levels of New York State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.


Prior to joining the firm, Marc served as the Bureau Chief of Vehicular Crimes with the Rensselaer County District Attorney’s Office, where he was responsible for prosecuting the most serious vehicular offenses. Marc was also responsible for prosecuting other serious offenses, including robberies, burglaries, and homicides.


A lifelong resident of Rensselaer County, Mr. Pallozzi is pleased to be able to serve the community he grew up in as well as New York at large. True to his local roots, Marc earned his B.A. in History from the University of Albany. While a student at Albany, Marc was a member of both the Football and Track & Field teams, twice earning First Team All American honors in the javelin throw. Thereafter, Marc earned his J.D. with honors from Albany Law School. While at Albany Law, Marc was Executive President of the Student Bar Association Senate, Executive Editor on the Law Review, and inducted into the Order of the Barristers.


Marc currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Knickerbacker Memorial Playgrounds, Inc., the Hope 7 Community Center, and on the Friends of 112th St.  Marc previously served as a member of the Troy Zoning Board of Appeals and also donates time to the local community, contributing to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, the Lansingburgh Boys & Girls Club, and as a devoted patron of the Arts donating to both Saratoga Performing Arts Center and Proctors Theatre in Schenectady.
