Surcharges

 Nearly all NY convictions carry mandatory surcharges in addition to fines:

• Traffic: $88–$93
  
• DWI: $395–$400
  
• Violations: $120–$125
  
• Misdemeanors: $200–$205
  
• Felonies: $325
  

Courts may waive surcharges if restitution is fully paid before sentencing.
